Such a great community. Close to everything you could need. The team is so friendly and helpful. Whenever I have talked to them they always have a smile on their face. We use the soccer and pickle ball court regularly.

Stove burner problem.
I was very pleased how quick my problem was dealt with. I left a message one day and It was fixed the next day. Thank you to the great office staff for such prompt service. Patients and her crew are AWESOME 👌

Today my shelf fell off the way due to it not being secured properly. I put in a work order and not even 30 mins later Rafael came access the damages and return to tools to repair it. As he was here completing the work order. I noticed my apartment was getting warm. We’ll be fixed that as well. Happy tenant here! Thanks for all your hard work Rafael you are setting the bar high here at The Regency!

Patience is the best! She helped us so much with our internet issues! The resident events are fun and a great time to get to know your neighbors! Maintenance is top tier! olive Regency!

Absolutely wonderful apartment complex. The staff is absolutely lovely and fix and maintenance request in a timely fashion. 24/7 gym has your basic machines for a regular PPL split. Pool is well maintained. Very spacious 2 bedroom front to back apartments and well priced.

The maintenance team here is the best. The guys are well educated and at the top of the line when it comes to helping tenants here. Diego the maintenance manager was very professional responsive and great at his job. He just be congratulated and rewarded.

Raven had a great spirit and even showed me an apartment in the rain! She made sure I was fully aware of any & everything necessary at Regency.
