I had a great experience with the maintenance team at my apartment community. They were very professional, responsive, and efficient. All of the items I needed fixed or replaced were handled quickly, and everything was taken care of by the very next day, which I truly appreciated. The maintenance manager also deserves recognition — he has an amazing personality, is easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you get both great service and great customer care, but this team delivered on both. Thank you for the excellent work!

Rafael has been a life saver when it comes to all my maintenance requests! The issues are always diagnosed quickly and fixed properly the first time, which I really appreciate. He always takes the time to explain what's been done and make sure everything is working before leaving.

I have been at Regency for about a year and have loved it! There was a recent change in staff and we have noticed so many positive changes. Everyone is so friendly and pleasant to speak with. Maintenance is a quick and efficient! They have resident events that are a great time! The location is too tier and close to everything you could need. The pool is always sparkling. Our favorite thing are the propane grills that are already hooked up! Makes grilling easy and hassle free. Would recommend 10/10

The maintenance staff, Diego and Rafael, are always friendly and smiling even when busy. They keep the property looking great as well as handling all work orders quickly and correctly. Patience, the property manager, is also very friendly as well as helpful. She’s always hosting community events, keeping everyone updated about anything happening here, and is great at keeping the property going daily. 10/10 would recommend!!
